Chi tratta i dati
Titolare del trattamento per la versione di prova è HypeTeam di Elio Meriggi, che sviluppa DW Smart. Contatto: elio.meriggi@hypeteam.it.
DW Smart è un'app aziendale per gli agenti e l'amministrazione di Dental World S.r.l. Questa informativa riguarda solo la versione di prova distribuita su invito tramite TestFlight: la versione in uso presso Dental World avrà la propria informativa, di cui Dental World sarà titolare.
Quali dati
- Nessun dato reale: la versione di prova mostra solo dati inventati (clienti, fatture, ordini, agenti). Si entra con profili dimostrativi condivisi, senza registrazione e senza password.
- Registro degli accessi del server di prova: data e ora degli accessi con il profilo dimostrativo usato, per la sicurezza del servizio, senza indirizzo IP e senza l'email di chi non è registrato. Si conserva al massimo 7 giorni.
- Sul dispositivo: una copia cifrata dei dati dimostrativi, per il funzionamento senza rete, che si cancella all'uscita dall'app; le preferenze di lingua e tema; le foto degli articoli già viste.
- Gli ordini di prova che il tester invia restano sul server di prova, insieme alla nota eventualmente scritta: non scrivere dati personali nelle note.
L'app non rileva la posizione, non accede a contatti, foto o fotocamera e non contiene strumenti di analisi o pubblicità.
Perché
Per permettere a chi è stato invitato di provare l'app prima del rilascio (legittimo interesse del titolare e delle persone invitate a valutarla) e per proteggere il servizio da abusi (legittimo interesse alla sicurezza).
Chi altro vede i dati
- Apple, tramite TestFlight, tratta come titolare autonomo i dati dell'account del tester, i riscontri e i rapporti sugli arresti che il tester sceglie di inviare, secondo la propria informativa. Il titolare riceve da Apple i riscontri e i rapporti inviati volontariamente.
- Cloudflare fornisce il collegamento sicuro fra l'app e il server di prova e ospita questa pagina: vede, per questo, l'indirizzo IP del dispositivo e il traffico in transito.
- OpenStreetMap fornisce lo sfondo della mappa: il dispositivo scarica le immagini direttamente dai suoi server, che vedono l'indirizzo IP e la zona visualizzata.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione o opporti al trattamento scrivendo a elio.meriggi@hypeteam.it, e puoi proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it). Per smettere di partecipare basta disinstallare l'app o uscire dal gruppo di TestFlight.

Who processes the data
The controller for the test version is HypeTeam di Elio Meriggi, the developer of DW Smart. Contact: elio.meriggi@hypeteam.it.
DW Smart is a business app for the sales agents and back office of Dental World S.r.l. This notice covers only the test version distributed by invitation through TestFlight; the version used by Dental World will have its own notice, with Dental World as controller.
What data
- No real data: the test version shows fictitious data only (customers, invoices, orders, agents). Testers sign in with shared demo profiles, with no registration and no password.
- Access log of the test server: date and time of sign-ins with the demo profile used, for the security of the service, without IP address and without the email of anyone who is not registered. Kept for at most 7 days.
- On the device: an encrypted copy of the demo data, so the app works offline, deleted when signing out; language and theme preferences; product photos already viewed.
- Test orders sent by a tester stay on the test server, with any note typed in: please do not enter personal data in notes.
The app does not collect location, does not access contacts, photos or the camera, and contains no analytics or advertising tools.
Why
To let invited people try the app before release (legitimate interest of the controller and of the invited testers) and to protect the service from abuse (legitimate interest in security).
Who else sees the data
- Apple, through TestFlight, processes the tester's account data, feedback and crash reports the tester chooses to send, as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. The controller receives from Apple the feedback and reports voluntarily sent.
- Cloudflare provides the secure connection between the app and the test server and hosts this page, and therefore sees the device's IP address and the traffic in transit.
- OpenStreetMap provides the map background: the device downloads the images directly from its servers, which see the IP address and the area viewed.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or object to the processing by writing to elio.meriggi@hypeteam.it, and you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it). To stop taking part, just uninstall the app or leave the TestFlight group.
